The Adventures of Wanara: 1000 years after the epic of Ramayana
September 30, 2012 The story of The Adventures of Wanara occurred after 1000 years of Ramayana. After the Ramayana, The Race of Asura should be hunted down and exterminated from the Earth of Varadwipa. Thus was formed a secret organization called the Asura Slayer (Rakshagsana) to kill and seize the wealth of the Asura Race. But in its development, Asura Slayer turned into an organization’s tyranny, and became the political and economic authorities in various countries on Earth Varadwipa.At one time, Asura Slayer find the hideout of a group of Asura Race. Bimata, a captain of an elite force of Asura Slayer ordered to kill them. However, Bimata not carry out the task, and had saved a girl of Asura Race, named Dewi Locita. They fled from the pursuit of the troops of Asura Slayer. Then they got married and had twins. Her first son is named Putra Durta and his youngest sister is named Putri Anindya.
Six years later, the troops of Asura Slayer find a hiding place of Bimata and his family. There was the fight that is not balanced. Dewi Locita killed and Putra Durta disappeared, Bimata could only save Putri Anindya. Bimata and Putri Anindya fled to the Republic of Kiskenda (The country of Wanara Race).
For 10 years, Bimata hide from the pursuing of Asura Slayer because of protection from Ranila, president of Republic of Kiskenda. Narapati, son of the president Ranila falls in love with Putri Anindya. Then they get married, but their marriage was the beginning of disaster for the Republic of Kiskenda. Ratarka, prime minister of the republic Kiskenda, accusing Ranila allied with the Asura Race. The result was civil war in the Republic of Kiskenda. Bimata killed in this war.
Narapati and Anindya who was pregnant fled to Mount Maliawan. After that, Anindya give birth a baby monkey with white fur who has direct descendants of Hanuman and Rahwana. This baby was named Naradja which means the king of monkeys. However, the birth of Naradja is a sign of apocalypse on Earth of Varadwipa.
